WordFirst ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") provides access to digital Bible content, scripture search, audio playback, playlists, and faith-based resources. Your decision to download or use WordFirst means you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Platform Terms
For Apple App Store Users
These Terms incorporate and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
If there is ever a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, the Apple EULA controls how you use the App downloaded from the App Store.
For Google Play Users
These Terms form a direct agreement between you and the developer of WordFirst.
Apple's EULA does not apply to versions distributed through Google Play.
Use of the App
WordFirst is designed for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or redistribute the App's content without permission.
- Use the App to distribute offensive, misleading, or unlawful material.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App's functionality or servers.
Accounts and Subscriptions
Certain features may require an account or an active subscription.
Subscription Terms
Subscription plans, including WordFirst Premium, may be offered on a monthly or annual basis. Prices and durations are displayed in the App and within your App Store or Google Play account.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
Management and Cancellation
Manage or cancel your subscription via your device's App Store or Google Play settings at any time.
Free Trials
If available, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Privacy and Data
- We respect your privacy and collect only the data necessary to operate and improve the App.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use your personal information for advertising without consent.

Intellectual Property
All Bible translations, audio, and content displayed in the App are either public domain or licensed appropriately. All trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing in WordFirst remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers
WordFirst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation and are not responsible for:
- Loss of data or content due to technical issues.
- The accuracy of third-party Bible translations or linked resources.
- Any personal interpretation or spiritual application of materials provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordFirst and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
